These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website at focuswithlayla.com (the “Site”) and the digital products sold under the brand “Focus with Layla” (the “Products”). The Site and Products are operated by Gold Swan FZE-LLC, a company registered at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or buy the Products.

2What we sell

We create and sell digital products — including guides, planners, printables, templates and spreadsheets — designed to support organisation and focus for people with ADHD and similarly wired brains.

Some Products are sold and delivered through third-party marketplaces (for example, Etsy and Whop). When you buy through one of those platforms, that platform’s own terms, checkout, and policies also apply to your purchase, alongside these Terms.

3Not medical or professional advice

This matters to us, so we’ll be clear: the Products and any content on the Site are for general organisational and educational support only. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, financial, or other professional advice, and they are not a diagnosis, treatment, or cure for ADHD or any condition.

Layla is not a doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, or licensed coach. Nothing here replaces care from a qualified professional. If you need medical or mental-health support, please consult an appropriate professional. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read in our Products or on the Site.

4Your licence to use the Products

When you buy a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may use it across your own devices and make copies for your personal use.

Unless we give written permission, you may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent, share, or redistribute the Products (including giving copies to others or posting them publicly);
• reproduce or repackage the Products to create a competing or derivative product for distribution;
• remove any branding, notices, or attribution; or
• claim the Products as your own work.

5Intellectual property

All Products, text, designs, graphics, layouts, and other materials on the Site are owned by Gold Swan FZE-LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We keep all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms.

6Pricing, payment & delivery

Prices are shown on the relevant product or marketplace listing and may change at any time before purchase. Payment is processed by the marketplace or payment provider you check out with — we do not receive or store your full card details.

Products are delivered digitally, usually as an instant download or as access granted through the platform you purchased on. Delivery times and methods depend on that platform. If you don’t receive access, email us and we’ll help.

7Refunds & cancellations

Because the Products are digital and delivered immediately, they are generally non-returnable once downloaded or accessed. Where a purchase is made through a marketplace, that marketplace’s refund policy applies first.

That said: we don’t want your money for something that didn’t help. If a Product is faulty, not as described, or simply isn’t working for you, email goldswanfzellc@gmail.com and we’ll make it right — a fix, a swap, or a refund. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

8Acceptable use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the Site, scrape it at scale, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights.

9Third-party platforms & links

The Site links to third-party platforms (such as Etsy, Whop, and Instagram). We don’t control those platforms and aren’t responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10Disclaimers

The Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t guarantee any specific outcome, result, or improvement in focus, productivity, or wellbeing — everyone’s brain and circumstances are different.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gold Swan FZE-LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or Products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product.

12Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Swan FZE-LLC from claims, damages, and costs arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Products.

13Changes to the Products and these Terms

We may update, improve, or discontinue Products, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site, with the “last updated” date above, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
