Your brain isn’t broken. It just needs the right tools.
You’ve tried every planner. Quit every one. Not because you didn’t try hard enough — because they were built for a brain that works differently than yours. These are built for yours.
You’re not lazy. You’re running the wrong operating system.
You don’t need more willpower. You need a better system.
I build tools for the ADHD brain — so you can stop fighting how you’re wired and start actually doing the things that matter.
Three kinds of tools. One job: take the load off your brain.
Guides that don’t lecture
Short, no-shame walkthroughs for the things that trip you up — task paralysis, time blindness, the Sunday-night dread. Read in one sitting. Use the same day.
Planners you’ll actually open
One page. Fifteen minutes. Built around how your attention really moves — not how a productivity guru thinks it should. The only thing you have to remember is where you put it.
Spreadsheets that think for you
Brain-dump everything into one place and let it sort the chaos into a next step. Open it. It’ll tell you what to do next — so you don’t have to hold it all in your head.
No setup wizard. No account. No new habit to fail at.
Grab it
Instant download the moment you buy. No app to install, no onboarding maze to lose yourself in.
Open it
Make a copy in Google Sheets, or print the PDF. It’s ready as-is — nothing to build, nothing to configure.
Let it carry the load
It holds the overwhelm so your brain doesn’t have to. You just do the next thing — small enough that future-you won’t hate present-you.
Hi, I’m Layla.
I wasn’t diagnosed with ADHD until I was 27. Before that, I spent my twenties certain I was just “bad at adulting” — quitting four planners, missing deadlines I cared about, and quietly absorbing the idea that I needed to try harder.
The diagnosis didn’t fix me overnight. But it reframed everything. I wasn’t lazy or careless — my brain just ran on a different operating system than the advice I’d been force-feeding myself.
So I spent two years failing publicly, adjusting, and failing again, until I had a set of tools that worked with my brain instead of against it. Now I build them for you — for everyone who’s tried every hack on the internet and still feels like they’re drowning.
I’m not a doctor, therapist, or certified coach — and I’ll always say so. I’m a peer who did the work and is sharing the map. For anything medical, please talk to a professional. I’m fully in your corner on meds and therapy too.
Not a cure. Scaffolding — for the days your brain needs it.The first thing that didn’t make them feel like the problem.
The first planner I haven’t abandoned. It tells me what to do next instead of staring back at me blankly — that changed everything.
I teared up a little. Not over a spreadsheet — over the fact that for once, something didn’t make me feel like I was failing at being a person.
Bought it at 11pm on a rough night. Used it the next morning. Three weeks in and I still open it — which has literally never happened before.

Follow @focuswithlaylaHere’s what changes when the system holds it, not you.
You open one page in the morning. It already knows what matters today. You do the first thing — small enough that future-you won’t hate present-you — and then the next one. Nothing is crushing. You’re not white-knuckling your way through a system that was never built for you. You’re just… moving. Quietly, steadily, on your own terms. That’s the whole point.
The honest answers.
I’ve genuinely tried everything. Why would this be different?
Fair — you should be skeptical. The difference is what these are built around. Most productivity tools assume a brain that remembers, initiates, and stays on track on its own. These assume yours doesn’t always do that — and that’s not a flaw to fix, it’s the starting point to design for. There’s nothing here that needs you to become a different person to use it.
I’m not a “spreadsheet person” and I’m not techy.
You don’t need to be. Make one copy in Google Sheets and it works as-is — no formulas to write, nothing to set up. Prefer paper? Several tools come as printable PDFs. If you can open a link, you can use these.
Is this a subscription? Will I get charged again?
The Etsy tools are one-time purchases — buy it, keep it, done. The Whop toolkit gives you the full bundle plus new tools as I add them; whether that’s one-time or recurring is always shown clearly on the Whop page before you pay. No surprise charges, ever.
Is this medical or therapy advice?
No — and I’m careful about this. I’m not a doctor, therapist, or psychiatrist. These tools are practical scaffolding, not treatment, and they don’t replace professional care. If you’re struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional — I’m wholeheartedly pro-therapy and pro-medication alongside systems like these.
What if I buy it and it doesn’t work for me?
Email me. Digital products are hard to refund in the usual sense, but I’m not interested in keeping money for something that didn’t help you. Tell me what went wrong and I’ll make it right — whether that’s a swap, a fix, or a refund.
Will this work for my kind of ADHD?
These are built around the executive-function stuff most of us share — starting tasks, holding things in mind, deciding what’s next. No tool fits every brain perfectly, so treat them like I do: try it, keep what works, adjust the rest. That’s not you doing it wrong — that’s how working with your brain actually works.
Your brain doesn’t need fixing. It needs the right tools.
Start with one. The one thing that’s been sitting heaviest. The rest can wait.
